The xps 15 you posted is a great choice. The 960m is utterly mediocre but it's good enough for light gaming.

The DDR3 950M (Alongside an i7-4720HQ and 8GB DDR3) in my brother's laptop runs CS:GO 1080p at 120-170fps so a GDDR5 960M should be enough for most LAN games.
