Sapphire is the #1 Cooler brand for AMD GPUs. Can confirm myself with my R9 390. Only reason you'd hear claims that MSI is better are because retards trying to justify their bad decision in a cooler. Sapphire all the way if you're going AMD.

Not OP but I'm torn between an RX 480 and an R9 Fury. The RX 480 has a higher clock speed and more memory but I've heard the R9 Fury is better for some games.

From the price point I was looking at.

I got an MSI RX 470 8gb for £195 and it's functionally only 10% slower than the 480.

For an MSI RX 480 8gb it was around £269.

It's really quiet even at full whack and cool.
