Should I avoid 27inch 1080p monitors? I currently want to get

Should I avoid 27inch 1080p monitors?

I currently want to get a 144Hz monitor.

Thinking between a 24inch 1080p or a 27inch 1080p.

Don't think my current gpu can support 1440p at 144+ fps.

I do sit quite close to my current monitor (it's 22inch, 1680 x 1050). Face is maybe around 40-50cm away from the monitor.

Is 27inch 1080p going to be pixels all over the place? Or is it acceptable?

If 1080p go for 24", if you want that 1440p goodness go for 27"
