A few months ago i saw a .gif of a custom starter on a background thread on /b/, it was all pink and after sliding across the screen it divided into seperate squares. Now i'm asking how hard it is to create something like that if you have zero knowledge or if there is a building program i can use.
I know i'm probably on the wrong board, so thanks for helping me anyway kind anon

Some launchers allow changing it. But I think you have to be rooted for it. It is inbuild in cm-theme-engine if you have cyanogenmod or a Cyanogen device like OPO. Check out https://www.bhoot.co.uk/
