Looking for help. I like this CSS but can't get it to work properly in newer versions of Firefox, I'm thinking of looking into a new browser altogether but can't find one that only uses only the very top of the border. I've tried using Classic Theme Restorer on newer FF versions but I can never reproduce this result.

Anyone know what might help get this truly working in newer FF or a browser that looks similar?

update i restyled my homepage

I request JSON from a weather API to show weather info on my startpage, but I'd like to set it up so the JSON gets cached and then the cache is refreshed every 10 minutes.

Can I do this in pure JS?
