it's not clear on what basis samsung are filing a complaint but i assume it's copyright related. youtube operates at a scale that they figured it wouldn't be tenable to review every DMCA complaint that comes their way from credible sources, so they probably just took the video down without considering the merit of the complaint samsung made.
