Just got into the whole dual monitor set up thing.
Only problem is that the on switch is on the side, so to turn on one of the monitors I actually need to move it first, turn it on, then move it back.
How do you guys deal with this?
Also dual monitor general.
>>
you can extend the switch to somewhere more convinient or even jury rig to the swith of the other monitor

you can keep the monitors on at all times
>>
>>57143090
>extend the switch
How?
>jury rig
I don't even know how to solder stuff
>on at all times
Electricity though
>>

If the monitors have no input they will just enter in sleep mode. They'll have at max just the led, which is nothing in term of consumes
>>
>>57144096
Mine actually just stays at a blue screen unfortunately.
>>
>>57144626
use it vertically.
two horizontal monitors is fucking stupid. better off just using one big screen if you want that shit.
>one vertical, one horizontal, one big tv above
great for everything right there.
>>
>>57143060
>being this cucked
Get a new monitor or remove the button and rewire it with a makeshift at the back
>>
>>57146272
I don't want it vertically for my own productivity reasons.
One big screen will have the number of work spaces that I have available.
>>57146303
Cucked by...?
Getting a new monitor will only solve it if the button is not on the left or right sides, and I don't buy monitors based on where their buttons are.
Could remove the button and rewire if I had the skills to do that.
>>
>>57146347
cucked by your own monitor for having to move it everytime you toggle the power
Seriously it's not hard to rewire it. Try some youtube
Also, model?
>>
>>57146427
I'm not sure if you understand what cucked actually means, but I'll just ignore it since it's not actually getting this discussion anywhere.
I'll try youtubing when I get some time then.
