I have a 4k sony bravia. Its big enough to see the difference and with full speed NBN the Netflix app streams a nice 4k picture

Tbh in store it looked smaller and I dont think they were playing 4k on it (jbHiFi)
In the lounge and with 4k picture it looks better

However when playing anything less than 720p it looks dissapointing at best but I guess thats just the size

Don't forget to go into the custom settings and enhance all the options for a much better picture quality.
I did that with my sony tv and the difference is day and night.
