This has been known for years and since you can't audit the code, you have no idea if it's a botnet at all, and to try to claim it 100% is, just shows you don't know what you're talking about, find some proof that it's a botnet and you can shit up the board as much as you'd like, but as it is you simply don't know what the code is or what it does. Could it be a botnet? Sure, but that doesn't mean it is.
