GNU/Linux support
>>57130432
yeah, Linux has always been the foundation of "code correctness" bugger off with your shit appeal to authority. Plus that opsys prof was lead dev for Cisco IOS kernels so if I wanted to appeal to authority, I'd go with my guy.
>has Open in a name
>>57130483
It's not appeal to authority, it's appeal to who has more knowledge and experience. Linus has been working on Linux since 1991 and in the meantime he's made git. I trust his judgement more than yours. The same way I trust a doctors opinion more than a person who's not a doctor, is that also appeal to authority you dumb ass?
>>57130652
Well my doctor says your doctor is a quack.
What's the fucking point of this post? Either come up with better arguments that Kernel crashes are good for devs since it tells them it fix their shit. Other kernels don't need to change their BUG_ON() equivalents to simple warnings to keep their shit from crashing.
