Almost every fucking app is a customized version of Eclipse.
The apps not using eclipse are god awful web based apps that make zero logical sense, and require Internet Explorer to work (their requirements manager can burn in a pit of fire)

Hilariously, they still include the 1999 version of the software, written by another company, as it uses 1/100 the memory, works as you expect 99% of the time, etc.
