No one willing uses CGI anymore. The only reason someone would torture themselves like that if they could were able to get code execution via CGI-scripts.
And if you didn't add, you probably have a backdoor senpai.

Also I just checked owncloud core repo and theres only 3 matches of CGI and none of them are CGI scripts.
