Just drill through the platters in a few places. it will probably break apart after the first one anyway. Or just throw them around for a while on a hard surface. You need to break/bend/scratch/demagnetise the platters. Heat, brute force, electricity will all do it.

Demagnetise them. Neodynium magnets only needed to be heated a little bit for them to lose their polarity. A normal cooking oven can probably do it.
