Why is it that when I torrent something, say from piratebay to utorrent, i get 2mb download speed max when my internet speed is 25mb down (tested to be true on internet speed test). how the fuck do I unlock the rest of my internet download speed???

The download speed of a torrent is limited by the upload speed of the seeders. If the combined upload speed of the seeders is only 2MBs, then you will only be able to download at 2MBs.
