I found out that I can't install the previous Windows operating systems because they are using a different file system or something so I need to reformat the whole hard drive for it to work.
So this time after installing Windows 10 I'll get rid of all the shit and forced updates the system has.

Isn't there an issue with using previous windows versions on newer cpus? Also you can download shutup10 to control some of the telemetry on win10, although that doesn't help with driver issues.

I'd just like to interject for moment. What you're refering to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux.
