The "Windows 10 is sending encrypted data" retardation comes from some Czech web that is notorious for making hoaxes. And it's sponsored by Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia. By the way, the article had more "probably" and "maybe" than "and". Of course, no proof whatsoever, just some Russian software that they used to "prove" it. This capture isn't theirs, they didn't even bothered with that, but every article about this bullshit spawned after this.

Plenty of Linux websites did analysis of the traffic. The only encrypted thing being sent was your password when you log in to Windows/Microsoft stuff. Other communications were searches, pinging if there is a connection, checking for updates, downloading music tags...
