How to bypass MAC Filtering on a network by
A) Changing the MAC Address of the connecting devices
B) Using Hydra to bruteforce the router password and change the settings
How would I do either of these? I don't believe I can change the MAC of an iphone (IOS9/Jailbroken)

First at all you need to know what is the devices connected to the router, then you need to change the MAC (obviously), then just connect to it.

First you need to spoof your Mac Address with a wireless device already connected before you can brute force the router login.
Honestly have fun wasting your time trying to brute force it unless you have nothing but day's and weeks or longer to try then you don't stand a chance chances are if it's a default password to login like some home Comcast and Century Link routers they normally use a random 8-12+ character password that is under the router
