yeah and no one has released anything in bin/cue format since 2006, no one actually uses .img, and any other esoteric format you ended up with from the pirate bay is absolutely retarded. why are you mounting anything but .isos in 2016? just install virtual clone drive.

If you have Win 8.1+ you can mount natively, otherwise you can try "Virtual CloneDrive"

Wincdemu is the best choice, that virtual clone drive shit autoruns at startup and remains open in tray menu.if you don't mount iso's so often is not worthy to keep him open all the time.

You seem to be new here, but whatever. Just install malwarebytes and scan your file. Many modern cracks do not false flag your AV. Old ones might do. The best way to be sure is to just download the most seeded torrents or download trusted company's (skidrow, razer, gog...) cracks.
