Russia also makes planes you know. Firstworlders don't use them for the same reason they won't use the Chinese ones.

Looks like they stole the plans for an A310,A330, and a 737-9X and mashed it together.

It's actually quite different if you look past the long cylinder shape and winglets.

What airport is that? It looks awfully familiar.

Chinks don't even buy their own dairy, chinese 'daigou' shoppers go around Australian shopping malls and buy up all milk derived products in mass quantities to send back home

The margins are so tight that they cause shortages and supply issues across the country, same with vitamins and other products sometimes sold at a loss

Not gonna jump in one of those.

Misaligned welds.
Bolted connections unevenly tighten.

No thanks.

The problem with Chinese stuff is not that the materials are bad at the beginning of the fabrication. The issue is the lack of understanding in quality assurance, and fabrication tolerances.

China can't even manage to bring a car to market in the US.

There's no way that they'll make an airplane that will pass the FAA. It's not that they can't, but instead that they don't ever focus on quality and cut corners at literally every step of the way.
>>
>>57095848
boeing is NOT scared of these chinese copies.
seems like the rest of the world doesnt want any shit tier china copies.

boeing has 3,000+ 737 Max orders

source: I work in aerospace
The company I work for is the sole manufacturer of the 737 and a330 plug and nozzle.

China doesn't want to rely on western engines, so they've decided to hilariously try and make their own.

I didn't think it was that hard for people to follow that train of logic, but I guess I shouldn't assume such things with people as stupid as you in the world.
>>
That plane is clearly stolen from Airbus, I wouldn't fly in it though.

>>57098322
They could just use saturn and klimov engines if they hate westerns so much...
>>
>>57098436
they probably think relying on russian engines is even worse, those fucking chinks used to buy MIGs and outright copy them and sell them for cheaper until the russians put a sales ban on them
chinks are a plague

they are competitive in drones, in space and in almost every other area, except engine power plants and advance ic fabs. they will probably start to squeezing into those industries 10-15 years. the only thing that is holding them back from competing with western aviation firms is lack of powerplants, and it's a matter of time before they get it right.
>>
>>57098379
The avionics and engines are manufactured by western countries, the Chinese just built the fuselage and maybe wings, so the plane will most likely be sound.

When the Chinese start manufacturing a plane where the engines, avionics, and software are also Chinese made, then fuck, you won't even want to fly in the same sky as them.
>>
>>57096741
boeing and airbus dont produce their jet engines in house either
>>
>>57097644
>this is what americans look like
>>
>>57098707
Yup, only GE, RR and P&W can produce a complete jet engine.
>>
Truly the mind boggles at how many industrial cyber espionage attacks on the West must have been required to piece together the plans for such a technological marvel.
>>
>>57095848
Looks like airports are gonna have to install designated crashing runways for the Chinese planes.
>>
>>57095848
Chinese suck at making jet engines so no, they won't end the Boeing/Airbus dominance.
>>
>>57096774
You want to highlight this for us? Because right now you're making a phonecall from bullshit corner at horse crap avenue.
>>
We'll see, first they'll start using them for domestic flights probably. And then work their way up from there. If they can prove over the course of a couple hundred flights that their planes are reliable, the US will allow them to worm their way into the market.
