Wow you are so misinformed. Torrents are fine, there are hundreds if not thousands of sites that scrape for torrent meta data. rarbg.to and 1337x.to are pretty decent for public trackers. Private trackers are the best. They offer the most content, even obscure shit you cant find anywhere else, and the dl speeds are way faster.

You don't even really need to know Russian to use rutracker. Online translation services are "good enough" and the titles are in their original language (English for media released in the US, etc.) However, if it's a movie or TV show, make sure you get something with the original audio. Obviously this isn't a problem with music.
