How long did you have your Asus screen? I had mine for 3 months before it broke down and I heard a lot of people reporting in similar experiences. I really wanted 144hz 1440p, but the only screen that seemed decent was an overpriced broken piece of shit with no options to set regarding the colors etc

I was able to return mine, too. A few people went through like 6 RMAs but didn't get it fixed properly. Luckily I bought mine from Amazon back then and they just paid me the cash back.

I'm not a macfag. I use them for work. If the next mac pro is as shit as I think it will be, I'm building my next rig and dumping apple. I could probably sell my current setup for enough to build something comparable. I'd like a dual chip system with 8 slots of ECC memory for more horsepower in my heavy rendering tasks. I'd also like 12 bit support offered on windows rigs for color grading. Right now I rent time on a 50,000 dollar edit bay to do final grading on my projects.

But that fucking thunderbolt support in my professional community keeps me pinned, not to mention the parity among all the autists that are cult-of-apple macfag elitist pricks. At least you 3D guys stepped the fuck away from Apple long ago. Us audio/video fags? Bleeding assholes.
