I'v a nexus 4 phone, I love this phone, but since I install CM I'v a lot of problems.

Each two weeks I have to reinstall the SO.

Some ROM available forma this phone you recomended me?

I use latest snaphot from http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=mako and everything works fine. Gapps: http://opengapps.org/?api=6.0&variant=pico
Also used their recovery. The only problem I faced is that the built in camer application crashes.

You can use Google Camera 2.4 to prevent that from happening http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/camera/camera-2-4-025-3-release/

It's already fixed in Nightlies. This is because in that snaphot they replaced stock camera with Snap Camera.
