There's literally no point in a gaming laptop anyways. Give it a year or two for thunderbolt ports to get cheaper on lappies and the prices for external GPU enclosures will go down. Just get a notebook with decent battery life or ram and a thunderbolt port and then wait to buy a GPU enclosure, and then you can use the GPU on another laptop in the future without carrying around an actual abrams tank around in your backpack
