What would be the best Virus program to use? I used to use Avast back in the day but now I feel like it is too cluttered and is useless.

You don't need any antivirus you retard.

If you get a virus, you're browser will helpfully tell you about it and direct you to a link to download some softwares to remove it.

Just last week, I had over 3000 viruses removed.
>>

virus protection is too mainstream for this site
>>
windows defender
>>
Haven't used an AV in like 4 years. I decided to download and scan with Malwarebytes like a month ago just to see and it detected nothing.
I really don't know how people manage to get viruses nowadays. I knew a guy last year who had paid subscriptions to Norton and McAfee, shit would pop up on his computer every 30 seconds telling him everything was okay.
>>
>>57054069
I understood that this is, in fact, a malware joke =^^)
>>
>>57052930
Malwarebytes and bitdefender are always up for me. Also got windows defender but not sure if it's hibernating like >>57053818 said. Also got a few extensions on my browers to avoid shit, like adblocks, ghostery and wot. Although wot is user based and red flags sites that might not be full of risky clicks but instead "unsafe environments" and "hate speech" instead of things that might actually be a nuisance.
>>
I haven't used virus protection in 10 years.
>>
I don't like how it pretty much invades every aspect of your life but Bitdefender is a hell of a program.

I don't use it, but I would.

Avast'a a great virus indeed.

If you want some real malware protection, just block ads with uBlock origin, ads are the shortest and most common way of getting malware. Avoid sites that want you to disable your ad blocker, they usually contain malicious ads.
>>
>>57054113
For those who install cracked games and software from torrents there is a high risk that crack to contain a virus so in that case is recommended to have some AV before you install something dirty.
>>
>>57054065
how much does that cost ?
>>
>>57052930

american version, if you understand chinese their version seems even more indepth with options, need root for it to truely be affective, it has everything including blocking any security aspects in other apps as well

the Google Play version is NOT the same and very watered down with similar "i click to clean up :3 " bullshit that doesnt really work

>>
>>57052930

oh and i was thinking of the android security, if you mean windows 10 then the 360 total security is also the best, enable the bitdefender and avira engines as well for added security, has all the features the suites that cost 60 a year do, for free

same would go for the chinese native version of that too tho, im sure its even better and probably includes stuff that Anti-Spybot and others would block

To be fair you only need an av if you're using windows, and if you're using windows you're not displaying any signs of common sense.
