This looks AVG related. It's some component of AVG.

Watchdog is nothing to be worried about. It means a component that keeps tabs on another component and restarts it if it stops responding. In an antivirus, that would mean restarting the AV engine if a virus tries to disable or break it in some way, or if it crashes.
