Trump really, really said that she destroyed the emails "with chemicals". Yes, he's that computer illiterate that not only doesn't he know about deleting emails very well, he can't even work out that software is named things that have a related concept to their function. Like he couldn't put together that a word processing program is called Word and therefore a disk cleaning program might be called Bleach.

Of course, anyone with the technology to recover a zeroed drive is either government or working for government so they're not going to say what they can/can't do.

Most "data recovery" companies only use consumer level programs or slightly better.
