Is there any OS other than Windows than can natively run .exe without the use of Wine?
Pic unrelated

do you even know what an .exe is?
it's a binary compiled to run and be controlled by windows system calls

Wine is already an exception to that rule.
I don't think it's wrong to ask if there are any others.

There's a reason it's a windows executable, OP, and that's cause it's only meant to run on Windows. You could try React OS (built based on Windows) but it probably is pretty buggy so I wouldn't bother. Just use wine.

How buggy we're talking here? Pratically unusable or a few quirks here n there?

It's in really slow development (still an alpha), and is supposed to be an open-source alternative to Windows while supporting Window's system structure.
I have no idea about compatability. If you're trying to run generic apps like chrome or Adobe Reader, they should work. .NET may install, but its apps may or may not work. Games probably won't work, but I would suggest trying React OS out in a VM.

wine is not an os, nor is it an emulator. it's a system call framework designed to accept and generate windows system calls by providing the DLL's and a fake kernel
It duplicates functions of Windows by providing alternative implementations of the DLLs that Windows programs call,[2] and a process to substitute for the Windows NT kernel.

Yea, Linux
C# binary extension is exe which can be run natively with mono :^)
