Ok guys i'll make it clear, i want to start using some linux distro and possibly even learn some better language than fucking visual basic. So, what do you recommend me for start? Some here says gentoo. others debian, take me for a starter, do your best. (Inb4 Arch)

If you want to learn something, then Arch. If you just want to use muh Linux then Ubuntu.

As for programming languages, I'd say Python is pretty beginner friendly.

Fine then, can you tell me some sites on which i can start?

Oh and just for curiosity, can you tell me the difference between gentoo and arch? as i say im just a starter, but i have time for learning, i just want to know if this distro is the one im looking for

Google it yourself. You're not going to get far if you expect people to spoon-feed you everything.
Good starting points would be the websites/wikis of Arch and Python.

C and C++, python is a meme. Otherwise go with Java.
>distro
Ubuntu, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu GNOME or Kubuntu. They have extremely simple setups and are popular enough among Linux newcomers so you can find a solution for any problem you encounter. Alternatives to *buntu are Mint, ZorinOS and Elementary, which are based on Ubuntu but have different DEs.
Don't go for Arch unless you know what you're doing, instead consider manjaro or another simpler arch distro.

Nice to hear, let's say i want to go into some fields not exactly conventional. I'm speaking for information security, are C and C++ still the right languages?

I know i know, the wikis are the obviously point to start, but i thought some of you guys maybe knows some other nice sites for tips or whatever. Sorry for all the requests, i just want to find the right road for learning
