If it's forums you can send a mass message to the administrators to change your email (unless it's a super big forum like hf, omni will just ignore you) and most admins would just tell you to use your usercp. Anyway you can do it pretty quick in this syntax:
[ForumDomain]/usercp.php

I'd advise slowly migrating your forum accounts to ProtonMail/Tutanota slowly. Whenever you happen to be using the board, hop on the usercp and change your email. It might take quite a bit, but I'm sure it could get done eventually.

As for your online shopping places, you may or may not need to send a support email.

Yeah, but even if Yahoo *could* forward the e-mail, they would still keep the original copy on their server to keep the NSA happy.

The only way to shake the NSA monitoring is to tell people not to send e-mails to your Yahoo address anymore. There's no shortcut. The only thing automatic forwarding does is to make it easier for you during the transition period.
