I need the absolute cheapest, most barebones piece of garbage chrome/cloudbook that I can throw a random light linux build on and use while I go backpacking around the world.
I'm talking such a flimsy laptop that even the poorest niggers in Sri Lanka would look twice on it before grabbing it.
I've found this Acer piece of shit for $180, but I was wondering if /g/ had some cheaper recommendations before I go and splurge my hard earned money all over Acer's face.

Buy a chink tablet for 100 dollaroos.

I prefer a physical keyboard, mostly because I want to write a book while traveling.
And I don't know, I like the laptop aesthetic over a tablet design.

Lenovo 100s no no gestures on touchpad but 8 hours of battery and matte display
or
Asus e200ha (glossy display but 13 hour battery life)

A lot of them can be docked into a keyboard and used like a laptop.
Look up the asus t100 series, i have one and its great

The 100s is actually rather nice. I think I'll go with that one.
Thanks.

There are two generation old atom netbooks with win10 or win8 preinstalled for under $100 on gearbest.

Those acer ones are actually really good. Good build quality, amazing battery life, literally silent
I use mine every day
