Thanks

Hopefully. Bay trail was pretty good but I'd like something a tiny bit faster and/or more efficient without paying out the ass for it.
also better Linux support

Didn't they discontinue atom?
If so then I fail to see how that's even possible.
11 inch core m macbook retina

huh? atom is alive and well for the x86 tablet and chromebook market
>>57004351
>thick bezels on those glasses
WHY
>>57007809
desu it doesn't look bad it is just unorthodox
Atom needs to die.
There is literally no reason for it to exist anymore with Core-M around.
And with Chromebooks moving to hybrid Android-ChromeOS machines, it only makes sense for them to move to ARM.

Atom is great.
>low cost netbooks with great battery life and full x86 software compatibility.

Pretty sure they only discontinued the mobile atoms. Netbook, tablet, and server atoms should still be alive.
>>57007849
They look fucking terrible
>>57007849
Looks like she has downs on the thumbnail.

10W and under TDP: ARM
10-15W TDP: Core M
15-35W TDP: Core i5/7 mobile
The Atom just got totally swallowed up. As the market's shown, nobody gives a damn about x86 compatibility for mobile devices.
Heck, Intel made an ARM to x86 translator for Android...

Fuck mobile, I want cheap and reliable netbooks with great battery life like the ideapad 100s!
