Definetly Arch.
If you dont know, how to set it up, use Manjaro. Its based on arch.
If you dont like Manjaro, just go with Xubuntu, it uses xfce which is best xP

I use Ubuntu because it just works...

Used to have all sorts of crazy setups from my own LFS Distro, to Arch, to Gentoo, etc... Now I just use Ubuntu 16.04 for my workstation (professional sysadmin) because I have more important shit to do then mess with my distro all day.
