I get 6GB at $60 here in the most cucked province with the most cucked provider (you can easily get unlimited for $80), and using your phone as a hotspot is the equivalent of "ISPs allowing multiple devices". For $60, an ISP gives 5-10 mbits down with a 30GB limit. 4G is already faster than that crap.
