SeriesGuide is pretty good for fans of TV shows. Helps keep track of new episodes and lets you mark and rate episodes you have watched.

Not even that guy (I don't even use the damn app, too), but I block the YT comments on my computer, and I don't even have an account.

If you're old, like me, you remember the time before cellphones when you had a phone in your house. Sometimes people would call that you didn't want to talk to, or you'd get telemarketer spam calls. So bell atlantic came out with this cool device about 26 years ago called "caller ID" ( https://youtu.be/LM7P1j1-ebY ) that would show you the number of the person calling you. Later models included name lookup so if you didn't recognize the number, you had a name on display also. This was to avoid spammers and to see when it was someone you wanted to talk to that just got a new number

Well, now that exists in app form. In addition to the above features, it also has a database where users can mark calls as spam so if you get calls from that number it shows up with a red SPAM tag. You can also set the app to auto reject all spam calls. They also have a sms app that does lookup on sms so you know who is texting you even if they're not in your contacts or if you're chatting with a qt3.141592653... On a dating site and she gives you her number, it'll tell you if she's one of those spammers that acts like a real person and then gives you a number for porn spam to make $$
