VMware can.
>>56974678
can a i5 3570k do it?
>>56974713
Nope, unless it's skylake K, X79, X99 there's no Vt-d.
Wonder why they put the K there? Here's a tip

I dont mean to hijack, but does anyone know of some sort of guide for gpu passthrough using any linux distro?
I want to run windows inside of linux for security, but have no idea how to start.

Hijacking
Why do some people who like Linux but also video games bother doing a passthrough to play games on a Windows VM when you can have a Windows host immediately run a Linux guest on startup and then just exit out of VM to play games?
>>56977923
some people don't trust microsoft enough to run it on bare metal

Hyper-V with RemoteFX
You just need a GPU that isn't absolute dogshit setup is piece of cake

control, in theory *nix OS are far more suited to that kind of task than windows is, however ive yet to have PCI-passthrough just work on me, personally, but my familiarity with the internals of linux is passing at best desu
