Ok guys seriously... how do I fix my back? Need help before this pain gets too excruciating!

I'm sitting at the desk for 10+ hrs a day. I can't be productive leaning back in my chair, I simply have to go forward. Even if I sit up straight, my ass bone and spine start hurting, especially at night.

Any advice?

Bigger monitor + glasses

Go to a doctor. Now.
>>
Walk more
Don't stay more than 2 hours at the desk without a 15 min walk
Do mckenzie extensions regularly (at least 3 times a day), pic related

Once your back is ok start going to the gym and do squats and deadlifts. Go with someone that can teach you how to do them properly

Three serious good answers in a row. Nice /g/ I'm impressed.
>>
Lumbar support and a monitor arm to bring the monitor closer to your face
>>
OP, in all honesty take a yoga class.Your local gym offers them free with membership, and they help your posture and joints feel better.

I can also post some awesome specific stretches if you wish?
>>
Core exercises
>>
Raise your monitor higher, such that slouching will cause you to have to bend your neck up.

Exercise.

Stop being a wage cuck
>>
push your chair in closer so you don't have to slouch
>>
Get an expensive chair+bed.

Maybe stop being a little bitch? I literally shattered my spine a few years ago, and the doctors chose to leave it to set slightly improperly rather than risk surgery around my spinal cord. It has literally been over 4 years since I've had a day without feeling back pain. You know what I can do? I can sit up straight without bitching about spine pain.

somewhat like this but not so inclined
>>
buy a fancy office chair, ie Herman Miller, Steelcase and adjust the chair to where youre not hurting. Get a bigger monitor so you dont have to learn forward, consider a 1080dp tv. Get a keyboard tray for your desk so you are not leaning forward to reach your keyboard when you type.
>>
>>56973093
that much inclination will put you to sleep, I know, I did that position with an adjustable bed

Sitting on the floor encourages me to lean back. I have far less back pain than I used to get.

Downside is that my knees are exploding now.

I'd go with core exercies to help with sitting up straight and not slouching, some sort of upperbody work to help maintain better neck posture (deltoids?).

You could have just set alarms on your phone.

>Even if I sit up straight, my ass bone and spine start hurting

It takes like a month of sitting up straight before its comfortable.

At first its hard to do it for even a few minutes, the hip pain and ass pain also goes away if you keep doing it.

>>56972047

My back was fucked royally, turned out I have an auto immune disease called ankylosing spondylitis, but op it sounds like you just need some more exercise, better posture. And some stretching. How big are you? If you're overweight the only answer is to lose the weight.
>>
>>56973810
I was honestly expecting that to be way more than $3,900
>>
>>56972047
Becareful with posture. Read up on forward neck and things to correct it. Also yoga would be a great idea.

>Magnets
No no no, retard.

It's "Magnetics".
>>
>>56972047

Proper ergonomy, get at least one 1-5 minute stretching break every one hour. Putting a bunch of pillows behind your lower back helps you keep a better posture, if you cant modify your chair so that it can help keep your lower back straight.

Don't underestimate proper ergonomy. I had to learn its importance the hard way during my day in abattoir work, when the cold temperatures and the constant monotone motions of cutting and lifting meat was murder to all my joints.
