It's honestly easier than it looks. I'm using klwp, which allowed me to do the thing with the album art, but for the color effect I just used Kolorette, which is a totally free app that works for both klwp and zooper.

I prefer them to onscreen buttons. They're pretty good, if a little sensitive. I have it swapped to be like Samsung phones. Back on the right, multitask on the left.

It does take a bit to get use to which dot does what. There's no difference between them, so it's all up to muscle memory. Took me a few days to hit the right one Everytime.

Hope I helped. Great phone tho. Easily worth the money, though if you're coming from a Galaxy S6, or note 4/5, you might be disappointed. It lacks a lot of features. More features than Nexus devices tho.

It will only display if it's connected, not connected, or disabled. You can probably find a way to display actively but I haven't put in the work to look for it.

Then under the "touch" tab select "music controls" then "play/pause"
