Google failed at marketing by not making allo a Pixel exclusive.

I had high hopes for them after watching io and now I see they're burning all their hype for nothing. They're giving it to ios and that feels cheap.

If instead it was shown in the light of a brand new phone, maybe its mediocrity would've been drowned and it would've given android users something their first 'exclusives' to covet.

Textra went to shit when they started inserting ads. Initially you could block them with firewalls but not any more.

Who uses texts any more anyway? The standard Android text app is fine for the 2 days of the month I receive texts from my bank or whatever.
