Not really. Apple is selling more phones than ever. But the market has increased in size and Android has more phones available from dozens of manufacturers. Not to mention a lot of those are very cheap because companies want to crack the third world market where most of the population lives.

Until we reach full market saturation the sale of an Android phone doesn't imply a sale lost to Apple.
