You can but you would need to be running the box as a hypervisor with gpu pass through. You then set up one VM for each gpu

I believe the easiest way to do it is to have two monitors, you'd decide early on which monitor will do what and plug one monitor into each card. When you're doing your oculus gaming, go into the windows desktop options and make the Nvidia card your main monitor. When you're doing your MAME shit, go into the options and make that monitor the main monitor. AFAIK, Windows will prioritize the card used by the main monitor. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, of course. I THINK there also exist programs which can tell other programs which GPU to use, but I don't know of any.

Is this article outdated? If it's not, does it mean I should be able to skip all the default-monitor stuff by just telling MAME with the program in pic related to use its own special card?
