We live in a rural area and getting a long driveway totally paved is pretty expensive. So most people out here just flatten out a dirt driveway and give it some sparse rocks for structure. It's not ideal but in the price range it is.

The lawn isn't all like that, but a big patch got attacked by clovers that we had to poison. We recently dug in and piped a real sprinkler system so next season it should be looking mint.

Also taking photos with an iPhone is a horrible idea, they always come out shitty because of the internal compression iOS does and you have very limited control over the image sensor.

they've got a point though, as no pro photographer pap or not, no matter the situation a cell phone camera is going to be no match for a DSLR or even a ILC, as the processing is completely different, the sensors in phones are tiny so they need aggressive noise reduction and sharpening, the optics are pretty terrible even compared to a 16-50mm kit lens which gets bundled with entry level cameras, and phones are only really good enough for basic youtube vlogs and social media, as look even huawei had to bullshit the P9s promo shots with a 5D.
