Sony doesn't decide what frame rate the developers should target. Most developers choose to skimp on frame rate because all the console war /v/ermin are just going to post stills anyway, so image quality is more important if you want free marketing.

This is also pretty odd. I don't think too many people will be bothered by it, but why leave it out? Surely the optical drive is capable of reading CDs, so why not allow audio CD playback?
