There's a reason every other OS but the worst OS in the world doesn't use a GUI tool for system tasks. You probably wouldn't know it if you also think rolling release is a plus.

Pure GUI or CLI is a pain.
Windows has been moving to Powershell with frontends.

Every time I use it I'm reminded of how awful yast is. Feels like it's been stuck in a freezer since the last decade. Even WebMin feels better thought out.
