I'm getting a N5 in a few days.... Brother switched to a G5 so im gonna replace the battery and use it with a cheap VR headset to watch movies.

The N4 and N5 seemed like they were the best, with relation to the competition at the time. The 6 was too expensive/week for when it came out, and the newest ones have iffy quality and the competition is tougher when they came out.

They're all made in china tho.. Even the original ones. So just buy whatever you can find that has a proper warranty ot buyer protection. Ebay offers full buyer protection... And the stores selling them KNOW if they're junk(since others will complain) so dont feel guilty if you buy a crappy one and open a dispute over paypal.. Who knows, if enough people do this(with regards to EVERYTHING sold on ebay) maybe the sellers will realize its in their best interest to stop peddling garbage.

Its only had 2 cheap models the Nexus 4 and 5. The 5x was mid range (but it had cheap specs for its time)

Cozy with my 6P but the first android i ever touched was a 5, for someone who didnt have a smartphone at the time it was an incredible experience even though it was for an app dev class. Im pretty excited for the pixel though im passing down my 6P to a friend if i cop one.

Why?

It's fine. I've only had my 6P since February and it's already paid for itself with all the money I've saved by being on Fi, so I'll hang on to it for another year and jump into Pixel when Google stops dipping their toes in the water and releases a killer phone next year.

NOKIA will be dropping their Android phone soon. This is probably what I will end up with, I always liked Nokia's build quality.

i've been on a nexus 5 for 3 years. had the nexus 6 for two months and not being able to hold and use it in one hand is a pain the ass

I had a Pre 2 as my first smartphone. Picked it up for a song ($150 Canadabux, unlocked) when HP trashed the Palm division in 2011. I think the initial version of the Pre was slow and had build quality issues, and felt cheap since it used a plastic touchscreen. No version of the Pre had a keyboard that bested Blackberries of the time, and there were very few apps and no expandable storage. All that aside it is still probably the best smartphone I will ever own from a design standpoint, really nice to hold and WebOS is incredibly intuitive and user friendly. I also miss the slide out keyboard and would give anything to have it back.

Is Blackberry doing any Priv fire sales?

I have a G1 (low key OG Nexus), the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 5(Love it), and the Nexus 6 (just got it). I still need the Nexus One and Nexus S then wait until the 5x and 6p drop low enough to buy on the cheap and bam, all Nexus devices!

Did you know that Nexus 5 is the best phone ever made? It's pretty obvious when you think about it.
Android is the best mobile OS.
Nexus was the best lineup of Android phones (until Google killed it).
And Nexus 5 is the best Nexus phone. Sure, the newer models have better specs, but all of them have some disadvantages when compared to Nexus 5 - like the screen size, price, build quality, 2GB of RAM in 2015...
And Nexus 5 was almost perfect. Even Google admitted it. They said that Nexus 5 was the best selling Nexus device of all time.
