Here's what file says about it
matterhorn_mountain_europe-1440x900.jpg: JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.01, aspect ratio, density 1x1, segment length 16, comment: "CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 95", baseline, precision 8, 1440x900, frames 3

Some other guy in another thread wanted my wallpaper but it gave that error message.

It's just an old crappy algorithm to check for data after the end of the image. It was avoidable by putting it into empty spots in between .png image data, but then that got snipped too.
It's pretty agressive and not very consistent. You could have tried uploading it again, and it might have worked.
>>
>>56924768
"frames" typically refer to the individual pictures that make up a video or animation (hence terms like FPS and the like). In theory, a static picture should have exactly 1 frame, though this guy:

>>

some file types have their header at the end, zips for example have all their dictionaries at the end. any archiver reads that file from the end, where it contains backwards offsets, making it independent from knowing where it starts.
append that file into a bitmap (bitmaps are a simple format, so it's rather easy).
png compresses bmp losless, so if you reconvert it, the bmp is the original concatenated file + simple filters can't see the png containing an archive - because it's technically part of the image.

>>

You can use 7-Zip to do it. A few years ago there was a thread about it and someone wrote a batch script to attempt to extract hidden files from all images in a given folder.

>>56929151

that's because you need to append it >in< the image. as part of the image, i.e. edit the header of the bmp. I just haven't something at hand right now that does that.

Oh I'm a dumbass, these were made using encoders, not the media player itself.
You have to download the image/gif and batch-decode.exe, then drag it over it and then music will appear.
The decoder is on the media player site, under "about" and then "Image encoders/decoders"

Kinda ruins the fun though.

You need the easyBMP files for that. Syntax for calling : <whatever you called executable> <24bpp bmp filename> <filename of standard zip> <outputfilename>
Then convert to png and done.

Post the contained file if it not only worked on my machine.

I don't care if it's """"""easy"""""" to make a gun and I don't care that it's impossible to stop people from making makeshift guns. The point is not to take away guns. It never was. You conservatards keep pretending it is to fuel your nihilistic stances and avoid a real debate on actual gun control. If you can't even properly acknowledge my stance without making a gratuitous presumption on how irrealistic I'm making it, you're not worth arguing with. Get fucked. Or rather, get shot at your workplace by an angry twiggy white guy or white-hating nigger with a 100% legal gun.
