I upgraded my ancient 4S to 9.3.5 yesterday, and I'm surprised Apple is still releasing security updates for a 5-year old phone. it will not get iOS 10, but then again my old samsung lagdroid got updates for maybe a year, then nothing. it was extremely laggy and insecure by the time I discarded it.
