Reformatting and downgrading to Win7. Which updates should I

There is a little prog out there some guy wrote which blocks any win10 installers and deletes any you may already have, even after installing updates it still works, i run win7, never been harassed once since installing it. Google win10 blocker or something, you should find it, it's on his personal Web page which has some audio apps he wrote and this one system app.
