I use OBS software to strea, live hockey matches.
I need any soultion to make instant replay of goals on live.
I also capture points and time via rs485 to program which shows points and time, but I need to read rs485 data and save it to html template for OBS to show it in my template

OBS has a replay buffer you can dump with a hotkey.
You can even do this while streaming/recording. Set a key for start/stop replay buffer and one for saving.
The Replay buffer length can be set in broadcast settings. Other than that you should be good to go.

You're not wrong. It's not yet, but it should be soon.
I'll keep using classic until it's comparable, there's just too much still missing for me to make the switch.
