Also, some advice-

Do try to leave room for your system to be upgradeable.
Went with an i3-6100 skylake CPU, so when prices drop near december(nearing kaby lake release) I can grab an i7/i5 and call it quits until ZEN shows up.


Also, don't get AMD CPUs. AMD is outdated ATM, and outdone pretty badly.
