Don't worry and don't listen to faggots, IPT is shady but it's always a good backup to have: fast scene releases plus super easy it is to build buffer and basically no hit-n-runs (easy points).
You're in WCD? My advice is don't bother with any lower-tier movie tracker like TehC or AHD unless you really can't wait. Get into PTP and use that as main tracker.

Pretty much. Copyright trolls go for low hanging fruit and are unlikely to be on private trackers. You could always get a seedbox for 10-15$/month. Assuming you DL at least one AAA game/month it'd pay for itself 4 times over

Someone from a porn production company was able to get the IP addresses of some Emp users and sent them a notice. This was at least three years ago, maybe more.

Last screener season, a film production company was able to link a leaked screener to the person who had uploaded it to PTP, and that person was arrested. PTP's name was also featured in articles about the arrest.

Private trackers aren't immune, but they're far less of a priority for movie studios than public trackers.
