Well, it really depends on what you're using it for. For just general every day use I'd say 5-8 years. The only real issue I see with your set up is that it has a horrible case of malicious software on it. You might want to consider reformatting your drive. there's also this nifty software called Gentoo, I'd suggest wiping the malware off with that.

If you've got the knowledge and means, reapply the thermal paste and slap a new HDD in there.

I'd say it already is. Really, though, depends on what you use it for. Even if it's just for shitposting, I'd say a better screen and an SSD would still make significant quality of life improvements.
